More Lies To Cover Catholic Clerical Abuse

Recently this report has hit the headlines within Ireland, and indeed the rest of the world!  Disgraced Bishop John Magee, has finally resigned from his position in light of scathing criticism, contained in the Cloyne report.  It is stated that Bishop Magee deliberately misled the authorities, by claiming to have been reporting all claims of clerical abuse, when in reality he was not.   He continued to conceal and hide the truth, in order to aide his perverted colleagues in the sexual abuse of more children.

Between 1996 and 2005, 15 complaints were made which should have been reported to the Garda; of these, nine were not reported. Two of the unreported cases involved minors and in another case, Msgr O’Callaghan reported the complainant’s name but not that of the perpetrator.

The diocese also failed to report complaints against deceased priests until 2009, in contravention of the church’s rules.

Between 1996 and 2009, just one complaint was reported to the health authorities. The diocese is also faulted for not appointing separate support people for complainants and for not setting up an advisory panel that was independent.

Living in Ireland I have seen first hand the detrimental effect the Catholic church has had on Irish society.  There are so many brave victims that have spoken out, and as one would imagine there must be many more who won't speak out.  The majority are afraid to go against the church.

I have nieces and nephews who serve/have served at Catholic mass, and it makes me sick with worry as to how much danger they are in.  I would never leave a child around such beasts.  These men are dangerous, violent criminals who prey on innocent children.  We know from the way they live in direct opposition from Gods word, that they are not to be trusted.  A great many Catholic priests have been found to be sodomites and paedophiles.  I am convinced that most join the priesthood to simply have discreet access to other homosexuals and also to abuse children.  It is horrific that this has been allowed to continue.

But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
~ Matthew 18:6

Shalom Brian/Sara,

Firstly, I'm encouraged to see others speak out about the abuses committed within the RCC. As a matter of fact just this weekend gone, my wife and I with our two younger children were listening to an audio clip of the testimony of Sister Charlotte. You can goggle it if you've not already heard it.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to invite you to read two posts on my blog; they can be found here:

and at:

I'm trusting that you'd be blessed as a result of reading them.

Shalom in Jesus (Yahshua)
